1. Liability
We can’t guarantee that our work will be error-free and so we can’t be liable to you or any third-party for damages, including lost profits, lost savings or other incidental, consequential or special damages, even if you’ve advised us of them.
2. Payments Terms
Payments are final and non-refundable.
3. Expectations
We have the experience and ability to do everything we’ve agreed with you and we’ll do it all in a professional and timely manner.
4. Additional work
Any additional work, that is beyond the current scope, will be billed at a rate of USD $145/hr.
5. No Solicitation
You shall not Solicit any of Boss Media Ltd’s employees/contractors, for as long as they are working for Boss Media Ltd. “Solicit” is defined to include: solicit, recruit, engage, or otherwise employ or retain, on a full-time, part-time, consulting, work-for-hire, or any other basis.
