After evaluating the project and going through all the details, we put together a detailed written scope of the project that is ready for execution. We also put together an itemized estimate.

Implementation

You are assigned a project manager and a team of developers, designers and quality assurance testers, to execute the project as scoped. The team will work in phases, send you updates and gather feedback on each milestone. You have full flexibility to change the scope, change priorities, slow down or speed up the project.

Delivery
