To continue receiving automatic updates and support, you need to pay the annual subscription fee for the BuddyBoss BuddyBoss Theme, Platform Pro, and App starting from the first renewal date. However, you are not required to make ongoing payments for the Done for You Web & App services, as they are one-time services.

Once your license expires, you will no longer have access to support or receive automatic updates, including security updates, but you can keep running your BuddyBoss Website. However, your BuddyBoss App will be deactivated if you do so.

If for some reason, your payment fails or we are unable to process your subscription, we will make several attempts to contact you and try to process your payment again to make sure there is no disruption to your service.

If after several attempts, we are still unable to contact you and a reasonable grace period has passed, your license will be deactivated, you will lose access to support and updates, and your BuddyBoss App will be disabled.

However, you can keep running your BuddyBoss Website without any support or updates without the app.

You will be able to re-enable your app at any time by paying off any unpaid balance owed and reactivating your subscription.

Yes, your subscription can be canceled at any time from your account page. You will retain access to support and updates until your current license key expires, at the end of your current billing period.

Once your license expires, you will no longer have access to support or receive automatic updates, including security updates, but you can keep running your BuddyBoss Website. However, your BuddyBoss App will be deactivated if you do so.

Yes. The BuddyBoss Web solution comes with a plugin (The BuddyBoss Platform Pro) and a theme (The BuddyBoss Theme), that you install on your WordPress site.

The BuddyBoss App also comes with a plugin (The BuddyBoss App plugin) that you install on your WordPress site, as well as a native mobile app that is generated by our build servers and uploaded to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

You will need a WordPress installation so you can install the BuddyBoss Theme, Platform Pro App Plugin, manage and synchronize data with your mobile app.

Yes. We will use your own Apple Developer account and Google Developer account to publish your mobile app.

The Apple Developer account costs $99/year. You can find more information here.

The Google Developer account costs a one time fee of $25. You can find more information here.

BuddyBoss works with any properly built WordPress plugin.

The beauty of the BuddyBoss App is that all of the content inside your App is completely dynamic and updates in real-time as soon as you make changes inside your plugin on your website.

That means for almost all updates you will want to do; like changing menus or adding content or pages, you actually won’t need to push an update at all, and your own users will see changes reflected in their hands immediately as soon as you hit save! (Cool right!)

Yes. Your purchase comes with the Done For You Service.

We will take care of building and publishing your mobile app. This includes customizing the app to suit your needs and ensuring it adheres to Apple and Google’s app store guidelines, streamlining the process for you.

Your BuddyBoss All-in-One Bundle subscription is billed once every year from the date of your purchase.

However, you don’t need to keep paying for the Done For You Web & Done For You App, as they are one-time services.

With your active license, you have access to responsive and helpful ticket-based support. Our support team is available to you 24/7.

If you realize that you don’t like the product over the next 21 days following your purchase, we’ll be happy to give you a full refund. No questions asked!

The BuddyBoss App is built with performance and scalability in mind. Generally, if your BuddyBoss Platform-powered site is running properly on your current hosting setup, then you should have no problem adding the BuddyBoss App to the setup.

You will definitely not want to run your website or app on shared hosting. So we recommend starting with cloud hosting such as Cloudways (Vultr High Frequency, or Digital Ocean) VPS. For more in-depth recommendations, please check out our article about hosting options for your BuddyBoss App.

Once you complete the purchase and fill out the Done For You Questionnaires, the whole process generally takes 3-4 weeks, if we receive prompt feedback throughout the project.

Once you purchase the All-in-One Bundle, we’ll send over two sets of easy-to-fill-out questionnaires for the Done For You Web & Done For You App services. These help us understand your vision. As we work on your site, you’ll get chances to see our progress and tell us if we’re on the right track.

While we don’t use external designs, our talented designers craft your site based on your guidance. If there are other websites or apps you like or specific design guidelines you want us to follow, just let us know.

Yes! During our work, you get two rounds of revisions included at each stage to suggest changes. If you feel you need more tweaks, you can purchase additional rounds of revisions. After the final handover, our team is still available for help, but there might be an extra cost.

No problem! If you want help adding more to your site after we’re done, our Agency Team can help. You’ll also have the freedom to add or remove your own content anytime you want.

You do! Once we finish and hand over the website and app, it’s yours to manage and grow.

Currently, we only work with websites in the English language. We hope to add more supported languages in the future. But after your project is live, it’s actually quite straightforward to translate BuddyBoss and hundreds of world languages are supported by using a plugin like WPML.
